Seeing eye to eye...

This is the tail end of a conversation with someone after we both had been through some hard times. I felt like recording it.

"... I feel like... we've been on two separate elevators going up and down on a really big building, and now we're both finally in the same place, on the ground floor.. not saying that we're both hitting "rock bottom", more that we [or at least, I ] have out feet on the ground so to speak... Maybe we're just seeing eye to eye more easily? Or is it just me?"

"dunno, it does feel like that"

"really, you feel it too?"

"ya"

"...oh, well I'm glad i wasn't just imagining it ..."

"hehe"

"I though maybe it was just because I lowered my swivel chair >_>"
